★精選優良素材 
★由樹薯塊根研磨水洗，乾燥而成白色粉末，因應用度不同，製成之澱粉較粗者稱為地瓜粉
★適用於沾炸牛排、豬排、魚排等油炸物

炸豬排調理方法
 
材料
日正地瓜粉………4大匙    
里肌肉………………4片
 
醃料
醬油………………3大匙    
米酒………...……2大匙
二砂糖……………2茶匙    
胡椒粉……………適量
味素………………適量
 
調理程序：
 
（1）請將里肌肉拍鬆後，用醃料醃7~8分鐘。
（2）將醃過的肉片沾滿日正地瓜粉後，下鍋油炸，待肉片呈金黃色，即可起鍋上桌食用。
  ※一般用於沾炸牛排、豬排、魚排等油炸物。
 
 
蚵仔煎調裡方法
 
材料
蚵仔……………300g    
蛋………….……2個
茼蒿……………4顆
 
A材料
日正地瓜粉…………170g    
韭菜末……………1大匙
水……………………適量    
鹽……………………適量
 
B材料
甜辣醬
 
調理程序：
（1）蚵用鹽輕輕抓洗，瀝水備用。
（2）A料調勻備用。
（3）以一大匙油燒熱平底鍋，將蚵仔倒入攤平，再將調好的A料取一大杓淋在上面，稍凝固時加蛋及茼蒿，翻面稍煎一下即可盛出，食用時淋B料即可。
 
蒜泥蚵仔調理方法
 
材料
日正地瓜粉…….300g    
蚵仔……….……300g
 
A材料
大蒜……………….少許
蔥………………….少許
醬油………….……少許  
米酒……….………少許
香油……………….少許（切末調好備用）
 
調理程序：
（1）蚵仔用鹽輕輕抓洗，瀝水備用。
（2）將蚵仔一個個沾上地瓜粉投入沸水中，待水滾時，將蚵仔撈起瀝乾水分，淋上A料。
